Order cancellation:

Instant order processing:
When an order is placed, it is processed immediately, resulting in the immediate generation and payment of a shipping label. This efficient processing ensures fast delivery, but also means that orders cannot be cancelled after the purchase has been made.
If you decide to cancel your order, please be aware that a cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the total amount you paid for the order.


Order already shipped?
If you change your mind after your order has been shipped but before you’ve received it, please wait for delivery. Once you have received your order, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. If you contact us before the product has left our facility, we may attempt to stop the shipment; however, it’s important to note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We encourage you to review your selections before completing your order for your convenience. If you have any questions or need further clarification on any product, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Return Policy

Final Sale Items – Custom tuning products (including tuning devices, flashed files, standalone calibrations) and any special-order components such as exhaust systems, race pipes, or EGR-delete kits are considered final sale. Once production or calibration work has started, the order is locked in and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Be sure to confirm product compatibility before completing your purchase. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws related to defective, inaccurately described, or undelivered items.

Defective Items & Return Authorization – If you suspect a product defect, contact us at order@dpfdeletetuner.com within 30 days of discovering the issue (and no later than 12 months from the original delivery date). Include your order number, supporting photos or data logs, and a detailed explanation of the problem. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we verify the defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you. Please note: returns without an authorized RMA will be declined.
